This year, courts aim to resolve <strong>80% of cases<\/strong>, up from 60%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The justice sector will also expand the use of Rwanda\u2019s digital case management system (icms.gov.rw), which has been upgraded based on user feedback since its introduction in 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strengthening courts and empowering judicial staff remain top priorities to ensure timely justice and effective dispute resolution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rwanda has launched the 2025\/26 Judicial Year with a strong commitment to bringing justice closer to citizens and improving case resolution rates.
