He accused some foreign actors of attempting to undermine Rwanda, saying the country\u2019s sovereignty must be respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minister Nduhungirehe praised Rwanda\u2019s growing global reputation, citing 47 embassies abroad, but criticized the DRC for ignoring peace accords and escalating violence against Congolese Tutsi and Banyamulenge. He also faulted the UN for failing in 1994 and for still working with groups linked to genocide perpetrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the European Parliament\u2019s resolution calling for the release of Victoire Ingabire, Nduhungirehe described it as political interference. He insisted that Rwandan justice is impartial and applies equally to all citizens.
