He emphasized that leadership is not about one person finding all the answers but about ensuring citizens understand and embrace their role in problem-solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat troubles me most is when people fail to realize their responsibility in building solutions,\u201d Kagame said, highlighting Rwanda\u2019s historical struggles and the need for collective resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The President also pointed to the external pressures African nations often face from global powers seeking to impose their interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Former Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, who co-founded the Africa School of Governance with Kagame, applauded his leadership, calling him a model for the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
