The event will take place at <strong>Camp Kigali<\/strong> and marks the troupe\u2019s <strong>19th anniversary<\/strong> since its founding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This cultural showcase is more than a performance\u2014it\u2019s a tribute to <strong>Rwanda\u2019s progress over the past 31 years<\/strong> since its liberation by the Rwanda Patriotic Army (<em>Inkotanyi<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Celebrating Culture and Development<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The troupe\u2019s director, <strong>Nahimana Serge<\/strong>, emphasized that the concert will celebrate <strong>Rwanda\u2019s historical journey<\/strong>, its cultural identity, and the significant strides made in various sectors including <strong>education, agriculture, security, technology, unity, and reconciliation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cTraditionally, Umuganura was about celebrating success in agriculture and livestock. Today, we also celebrate advancements in culture, technology, and national unity. We will reflect this on stage through traditional dances, music, and poetry,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Nahimana added that the performance will surpass all previous editions in terms of <strong>production quality, costumes, and stage delivery<\/strong>, promising attendees an unforgettable cultural experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Taking Rwandan Culture Beyond Borders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Icakanzu Contente<\/strong>, a member of Inganzo Ngari currently based in the <strong>United States<\/strong>, stated that the troupe is working on plans to <strong>expand internationally<\/strong> and bring Rwandan culture to the diaspora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe want to reach every Rwandan, whether in the country or abroad.
