Known for his strong vocals and inspiring lyrics, Mutagoma is positioning himself among Rwanda\u2019s fast-rising Gospel stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 29-year-old singer, whose real name is <strong>Noel Mutagoma<\/strong>, began his career during the COVID-19 pandemic.
