France\u2019s anti-terrorism prosecutor had appealed in May 2025, but the appeal was rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanziga, 82, has lived in France since being evacuated on April 9, 1994. Analysts say her protection reflects long-standing political ties between France and Rwanda\u2019s former regime.
