He won overwhelmingly during the general assembly, securing <strong>51 out of 53 votes<\/strong>, with no votes against him and only two abstentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his campaign speech, Shema emphasized unity and the pursuit of success, noting that what unites FERWAFA members is football, but what brings joy is victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cToday, I want us to embrace change \u2014 what I call a movement.
