
Shema Ngoga Fabrice, the outgoing president of AS Kigali, has been elected as the new head of the Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA). He won overwhelmingly during the general assembly, securing 51 out of 53 votes, with no votes against him and only two abstentions.
In his campaign speech, Shema emphasized unity and the pursuit of success, noting that what unites FERWAFA members is football, but what brings joy is victory.
“Today, I want us to embrace change — what I call a movement. To achieve this, we set a goal to rally all FERWAFA members around the vision: One Vision, One Team,” he said.
