Mohamed Ould Ghazouani is in Rwanda for the Africa CEO Forum 2026, where African leaders and business executives will meet to discuss investment and economic development opportunities on the continent.

During his visit, President Ghazouani held discussions with Paul Kagame on regional security challenges and international issues of shared interest to Rwanda and Mauritania.

The forum, scheduled for May 14–15 at Kigali Convention Centre, is expected to attract heads of state, private sector leaders, and development partners from across Africa and beyond.

Organizers say the event aims to strengthen economic cooperation and promote investment-driven growth across the continent.
